This design was created for the L&K ExecStart leadership portal, introducing new leaders to The IBM Way. The tools, processes, and practices. The platform served as a digital learning experience where users could take and track training to strengthen their knowledge of IBM and GBS. Each stage of the journey included a mix of learning activities, from self-paced modules and virtual sessions to in-person training and supporting documents.
