Consulting Academy

The Consulting Academy “ReThink” platform was a required training experience for all IBM employees seeking promotion. I led the end-to-end redesign of the Band 7–9 program, including the training structure, platform interface, and gamification strategy. Over the two-year project, I defined the visual direction for every aspect of the experience and directed a team of six developers to deliver more than 200 hours of content, training modules, and video production.
